Dalam periode 2015 hingga 2018, PT PWJ telah menerapkan sistem manajemen berbasis standar internasional, yaitu ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2005, dan OHSAS 18001:2007. Seiring perkembangan standar global, sistem tersebut kemudian diperbarui menjadi ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, dan ISO 45001:2018.
Pada tanggal 27–28 Mei 2019PT Petrogas Wira Jatim underwent an internal audit for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which was conducted in Jakarta. The audit was carried out by an independent certification body to assess the Company's management system and verify its compliance with the applicable ISO standards. PT Evodia Global Sertifikasi (EGS).
The audit covered several key management systems, including ISO 9001:2015 for the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 for the Environmental Management System (EMS), and ISO 45001:2018 for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS).
The scope of the audit included the provision of land transportation services, consultancy for Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) improvement, deployment of technical experts, land transportation support services, and oil and gas shorebase services. This comprehensive scope reflects PT PWJ's ongoing commitment to maintaining high service quality across its diverse operational activities.
On 26 June 2019, PT Petrogas Wira Jatim successfully passed the audit process. Following the successful assessment, the Company was awarded ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, which remained valid until 25 June 2022.
Prosesi penyerahan sertifikat dilaksanakan pada 8 Juli 2019. Sertifikat diserahkan oleh Direktur Utama PT Evodia Global Sertifikasi, Ibu Umi Fadhila, kepada Direktur PT Petrogas Wira Jatim, Bapak Tedi Mulyadi.
The certificate presentation ceremony was witnessed by representatives of PT PWJ's shareholders, including Mr. Warno Harisasono, President Director of PT Petrogas Jatim Utama, and Mr. H. Abdul Mujib Imaby, Commissioner of PT Petrogas Wira Jatim. The ceremony was held at PT PWJ's office, located at The Bellezza Office Tower, 11th Floor, Permata Hijau, Jakarta. Bapak Warno Harisasono, serta Komisaris PT Petrogas Wira Jatim, Bapak H. Abdul Mujib Imaby. Acara berlangsung di kantor PT PWJ yang berlokasi di The Bellezza Office Tower Lantai 11, Permata Hijau, Jakarta.
